Namo Buddha
Opportunity to visit many sacred and ancient temples and monasteries
07.00AM: Pick up from your hotel in Kathmandu and drive (approx. 40 minutes) to Dhulikhel (1550m).
08.00AM: Start the hiking from Dhulikhel to Namobuddha (1750m) sacred Buddhist sites in Nepal, which takes approx. 3 hours, where you can see combines culture, village lifestyle with incredible scenic views of the Himalayas.
11.00am: Lunch at local restaurant, After lunch visit Namobuddha Monastery, Namobuddha Viewpoint and Temple.
01.00pm: Hiking from Namobuddha to Panauti (1340m) (approx. 2.5 hrs.)
Visit Panauti, Panauti is a small town, which also called the town with 40 temples dedicated to difference deities and will held 28 festivals throughout the year.
The town is filled with temples and religious buildings. The biggest temple is the three-storied temple named Indreshwar Mahadev which stands tall at the middle of a courtyard paved with brick.
04.00pm: Drive back to Kathmandu from Panauti (approx. 40min. drive).
